Orpian® Shipping Policy

It is our priority to delivering your items safely and in the quickest time possible.

Orpian® Masks are manufactured on-demand within our UK location. We hold a large stock of materials to support orders with established external supply chains allowing us to meet the high demands for British made Type IIR face coverings.

We dispatch your order on a Royal Mail 48hr delivery service or Royal Mail 24hr next business day service if required.

Orders placed by 3pm on a weekday will be despatched the same day.

In the exceptional cases where your order may be significantly delayed we will contact you directly to provide further information on your options.

Delivery Charges:

    • Standard Delivery (RM48hr) : FREE per order
    • Next Day Delivery (RM24hr) : £1.99 per order

Shipping choice can be selected at checkout.

Dispatch

  • Orders received before 3pm on a weekday are dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed after 3pm on a weekday are dispatched the next working day (Monday - Friday)
  • Orders received after 3pm on Fridays, over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday are dispatched the next working day (Monday - Friday)
